DEI offer a personalised bespoke turn-key service from concept to completion. We work on projects varying in scale from soft furnishing a home through to large residential refurbishments requiring full architectural interior design & project management.

Brief

The brief is the key to delivering a successful project ensuring it reflects our client’s requirements. Taking the time to understand the client’s lifestyle and how they use the property or wish to do so. Factoring in all the changes required, timescales and budget. Following this initial meeting DEI will send through a proposal outlining the brief, our services offered and associated fees.

Construct

DEI have long standing relationships with specialist contractors and suppliers which we work closely with in order to achieve the client’s vision. We are also experienced in working along side any other client selected professionals.

Concept

The brief is interpreted into concept designs, consisting of floor plan layouts illustrating the proposed structural alterations if required and furniture layouts. Concept mood boards will be compiled with imagery and proposed finishes.

Design

Following approval of the concept stage the designs are developed in more detail drawings for bespoke joinery or interior architecture. Fixtures, fittings and equipment (FF&E) options specified in line with the agreed budget.

Project Management

A schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. Once works commence DEI will liaise & oversee all professional trades or suppliers on behalf of the client. We provide regular project monitoring and status updates, our key aim is to ensure budgets are being met and works completed on schedule.
